We will walk you through every step of the process starting with a site visit to become familiar with the location, views, and topography – even established specimen landscaping. We will consider any technical issues that may impact the project such as existing conditions, building codes, zoning, and environmental and health concerns.

Together with your architect, we will review all the design elements and the overall vision of the project. Expectations, budgets, and deadlines are established at our initial meeting.  During the construction phase, meetings are held mostly on-site on a regular basis. Detailed schedules and budgets are generated and updated at each meeting. We can assist the architect with value engineering and substitutions due to lead-time and other issues. Email communications can help to streamline the decision-making process, reduce the time needed for on-site meetings, and keep you informed on a regular basis.

The overall success of a project is dependent on the skills, talents, commitment, and communication of the team members. As construction managers, we will forecast pricing and maintain budgets and schedules. We will help source products and materials, and oversee and coordinate the trades and other professionals on the project such as landscapers, masons, audio-visual and security consultants, and more.
