England Colonial to Linear Modern; the majority of our homes can be
characterized as traditional.

- Sanford Kellogg was educated at Marietta College and The State University of New York, and served with the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has been designing and building homes in Fairfield County for more than 40
- Jonathan Kellogg offers more than 35 years of custom millwork expertise and operates our in-house milling
facility. With his sixth sense and technical ability, Jon provides construction management and field supervision
for sophisticated design/build and architect projects.
- Tucker Kellogg is a graduate in economics from St. Lawrence University and advanced environmental studies
at The University of Colorado. He is a National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Building
Professional and continues to study new advances in building science. As a master woodworker he is able to
implement complex architectural details.
